Should our family make this big move?

We live in upstate NY and my husband was offered a really nice job in central FL, that will pay better than what he has now. We have always considered moving to FL anyways, but needed a good job opportunity first. All of our family is planning on moving there as well with in a year if we go and some family already lives there. But until we sell our house in NY we can't buy another in FL and the cost of moving is a lot and stressful. My husband will have to go down for a month without my daughter and I first, while we try to sell the house. I'm having a hard time deciding what would be the best thing to do. Any suggestions would help!
